This landmark game will take place during MI's final league match against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Jaipur. In the 36 T20 matches he has played for Baroda in domestic cricket, Pandya has scored 1,014 runs at an average of 39.00, with a strike rate of 132.89 and six fifties, his best score being 86*. He has also taken 32 wickets at an average of 23.68, with best figures of 23.68.
Among his notable achievements in T20Is are winning the T20 World Cup for India last year and leading GT to their first IPL title in 2022.
During GT's championship run in 2022, Pandya excelled as a batsman, scoring 487 runs in 15 innings at an average of 44.27, with a strike rate over 131, including four fifties and a best score of 87*. He also contributed with the ball, taking eight wickets, highlighted by a performance of 3/17 in the final.
